Akane Maniax is a spin-off to Kimi ga Nozomu Eien, featuring the character of Akane from that series as the love interest.
Jouji is a new transfer student and decides on the first day that he loves the class representative, Akane, and asks her out. Akane finds Jouji's boldness annoying, but this doesn't stop Jouji from showing Akane how he feels in anyway he can.
